• Complusory motorway tolls at EUR 3 per day
• Bedding at EUR 30 per pack (cotton lined sleeping bag, pillow, large & small towel)
• Additional driver fee at EUR 10 per day (max one additional driver)
• British and European insurance at EUR 10 per day. (Required if travelling to UK or Europe)
• Insurance which is compulsory at EUR 25 per day.

Tax:
The rate of VAT tax in Ireland is 13.5%

Rental Opening Hours:
The office is open Monday to Saturday from 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hours.
The office is closed on Sundays.

Collection / Return Times:
Collection of our Motorhomes is between 15.00 hours and 19.00 hours.
The campervans can be returned to our premises from 08.00 hours to 10.00 hours at the end of the rental.

Clients who wish to collect vehicles, before 15.00 hours (no earlier than 10.00 hours) will be charged an extra day at the beginning of their hire. Clients who vacate vehicles later than 10.00 hours (before 16.00 hours) will also be charged an extra day at the end of their hire.

Clients arriving at Dublin airport will be collected and dropped off free of charge. Please advise your flight details so that we can arrange collection and drop off times with you. Please note our pick-up point at Dublin airport. Information contained in clients booking confirmation.

Insurance:
Insurance which is compulsory at EUR 25 per day.

Drivers must have held a full driving licence for 8 years, please contact us before booking if you haven't held a licence for this length of time or are over 70 years of age.

The insurance policy has an excess, that is, clients are responsible for the first EUR 1,000 of damage. All accidents must be advised immediately. Where third parties are involved, their details must be furnished when the vehicle is returned. Only one additional driver is permitted.

Security Deposit:
The hirer is liable to pay a security deposit of EUR 1,000 to cover incidents causing damage. This includes loss of skylights, mirrors, window or windscreen damage, impact with stationary objects, driver negligence, returning late or in an unsatisfactory condition, tyre damage etc. The hirer must notify us immediately of any accidents or mishaps that occur so that we may do everything possible to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

Cleaning:
The cleaning deposit of EUR 200 per hire will be refunded when the Motorhome is returned cleaned internally. Out of respect for our employees, we must insist that the toilet is emptied and cleaned.

Deposit Total:
The total of the Damage and Cleaning deposits are EUR 1200. Please ensure that your credit card is sufficiently funded so that this amount can be authorised at time of hire.

Fuel:
A full tank of fuel will be supplied, please return with the fuel tank full. Fuel used will be deducted from the cleaning deposit.

Minimum Rental Period:
4 Nights

Motorway Tolls:
Due to the introduction of the new barrier free tolling system on Irish roads, all our vehicles have been tagged for all tolls. The rate is EUR 3 per day plus Government Tax.
