confirmation:
A none refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm a cruise. Balance
due 9 weeks prior to departure, in absence of payment, cruise will
be considered cancelled. No money will be reimbursed.
Food
and Drink:
Breakfast - Continental breakfast - Croissants and pastries,
fresh fruit, creals, youghart, tea or coffee will be served.(included
in cruise rates).
Lunch - lunch is available either served on-board or as a picnic.
(this is inclusive in the days of cruising over lunchtime)
Dinner - freshly prepared meal using local seasonal
produce ( menu will be given at start of cruise), very reasonable
price.
Or add to your experience - a choice of local restaurants will be
available.
Dine in or eat out.
Note: Regional wines will be included in our onboard menu.
Special dietary requirements should be identified at the time

Itinerary Full Cruise:
Day 1 - Port of Montauban, Time to settle into
your cabin, meet your hosts Tom and Sue over a welcome aboard
afternoon drink. Dinner
ashore.
Montauban is a town of Art and History with many points of interest
including the Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Point Vieux. There
are a range of excellent restaurants.
Day 2 - Cruise
to Montech down the canal de Montauban and probably the
most
peaceful
waterway in the south of France. Moor to Montech, time
to stroll around the village. A quaint village exhibiting
a range of traditional french shops with a pretty canal
harbour. Dining here is limited on certain days and dates,
but if the cruise falls on a limited day a complimentary
on board barbecue will be provided.
Day 3 - Leave Montech and travel to Catelsarrasin
via the wonderful Pente d'eau, a fantastic "water lift" built
especially for larger craft. Castelsarrasin is a Ville Fleurie
with
a wide choice of restaurants centred around a lovely market
square.
Day 4 - After a leisurely breakfast, cruise
to Moissac. Moissac is renowed for its beautiful Abbey and
Cloisters,a
must for visitors. There will be time in the afternoon to
visit these as well as the lovely shops. Dinner ashore.
Day 5 - A unique opportunity - cruise on
the river Tarn, leave the canals for a while and enjoy the
wide open spaces
ofthe River Tarn, as we travel in serene tranquility to
the barrage, spectacular scenery and relaxation. Return to
the
Tarn side mooring mid afternoon, there will be time to visit
the wonderful medieval village of Auvillar. Dinner ashore.
In Moissac we have a range of recommended restaurants
depending on your choice and requirements.
Day 6 - After breakfast, back up the two
locks to the Canal de Deux Mers while we will take a full
day cruise to Valence
d'Agen. This is again a little town steeped in history with
its traditional wash-houses and ancient architecture. A range
of restaurants are available.
Day 7 - After your breakfast, time to leave
the boat and continue your onward journey, taking with you
memories of
a week on board our lovely barge and sharing the Easyvie
experience.
