It is a small
town located at the North-West of the Flanders, in
Meetejesland on the diversion canal of the
Lys and which preserved typical neogothic architecture
of second half of the XIXème century.
Eeklo became a city where il fait bon vivre and where
one likes to slacken.
This is the ideal starting point for a visit of the area
of the splits in the North of the city, for the coast
very close or the historical cities to Gant, Brugge and
Antwerpen (Ghent, Bruges and Antwerp)..
