As Captain on your own boat, you can now cruise on one of France's most pleasant rivers. At your own pace you will discover an
incredible variety of landscape as you sail along : coloured cliffs with hundreds of bird nests,
picturesque villages, magnificient châteaux (Mercues Château,...), wooded hills, caves, burial chambers and middle-age
monuments. The Lot river is also famous for its gastronomy thanks to the wine from the Cahors region and the foie gras and
poultry conserves. Since july 2007, following important works, ordered by the General Council of the Lot, on the locks of Grégols,
St Martin-Labouval and Genevières, the Lot river offers 10 kms more upstream from St Cirq Lapopie to Larnagol.
