- Boat hire

- DVD "security aboard your boat"

Rates do NOT Include:
- Fuel, gas, and other consumables: more or less 15 to 30 euros per day
- Security deposit and Final cleaning (see "Deposit")

Calculating Seasons:
The hire price is determined by the departure date according to the tariff periods above. If your cruise covers 2 tariff periods, the price will be calculated pro rata taking the number of nights aboard in each period. A full week includes 7 nights aboard.

Security Deposit:
At the time of pick up you are required to leave a security deposit of €800 (N800/R750 = €630) plus a Cleaning deposit of €150 (N800/R750 = €120) per vessel. These deposits are refunded when you return the vessel on time, clean, undamaged and will all equipment as received.

Regional Conditions:
The River Lot (departure from Bouzies - St Cirq): A shorter season, inclement river conditions and additional supervision, prices for this region are slightly higher than in others, 80 EUROS supplement per boat and per cruise.
Portugal (departure from Amieira): Portugal Cruises : open all year round !
From November 2007 to March 2008 = "Green" Price -5% Except from 20/12/2007 to 03/01/2008 (Christmas & New Year's Eve) = "Blue Price"

One Way Cruises:
One Way Cruises are available on request between bases. An additional fee of €110 applies for all one way cruises. Please note that although seldom changed, one ways and the direction there of can not be guaranteed.

Short Breaks:
During the A period (green), B period (blue) and C period (Yellow), you can rent your boat for a week-end or mid-week. Rental prices are as follows:

Weekend - 2 days	50% of the weekly rate	Friday 4pm to Sunday 5pm
Weekend - 3 days	70% of the weekly rate
Weekend - 4 days	80% of the weekly rate
Weekend - 5 days	90% of the weekly rate
Mid-week	62% off the weekly rate	Monday 2pm to Friday 9am OR Tuesday 2pm to Saturday 9am

Damage Insurance:
All boats are covered for damage, with a damage excess of €800 per incident. The following damage waiver options are available: (Please note: insurance options below do not covers bikes).

Departure and Return:
Departures take place on Saturdays between 4pm and 6pm.
Weekday departures are available on request.

Minimum Age:
The person responsible for hiring must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for the boat and all persons sailing with them.

Cancellation and Amendment Fees:

Over 6 weeks prior	€200 fee
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior	25% of the rental *
Less than 4 weeks prior	100% of the rental *
* In the event of cancellation we will try our best to re-rent the vessel. In the case that we can you will only be charged a €200 cancellation fee.
