Calculating Seasons:
The hire price is determined by the departure date according to the tariff periods above. If your cruise covers 2 tariff periods, the price will be calculated pro rata taking the number of nights aboard in each period. A full week includes 7 nights aboard.

*Security deposit is to cover costs for: Fuel, Cleaning, Grounding Fee, Bike Damage or loss.

One Way Cruises:
One Way Cruises are available on request between bases. An additional fee of €100 applies for all one way cruises. Please note that although seldom changed, one ways and the direction there of can not be guaranteed.

Short Breaks:
Short Breaks are available on request, and are calculated as follows:
3 nights / 2 days = 55% of the weekly rate
4 nights / 3 days = 65% of the weekly rate
5 nights / 4 days = 75% of the weekly rate

Extra nights are subject to availability. A Supplement of €150 will be charged if your short break takes place over a Bank Holiday Weekend.

Long Cruises:
Cruises of 9 days, 10 days and 11 days are available from all bases. This is priced based on the number of nights you wish to take.

Damage Insurance:
All boats are fully covered for damage and damage to other property or vessels, with a damage excess of €1500 per incident. The following damage waiver options are available: (Please note: insurance options below do not covers bikes).

Option 1: Taking no additional insurance.
You are then required to leave a security deposit of €1500, which will be charged if the boat or any equipment is returned damaged or lost, or in the case of accidental damage to Third Parties. If there is evidence of gross neglect, the insurance will be void and you will be liable for all costs.

Option 2: Non Refundable Damage Waiver.
Available for rentals of one week or more. You can pay a non-refundable waiver of between €75-€155 at the time of arrival or time of booking. With this option you will be fully covered if the boat or any equipment is returned damaged or lost, or in the case of accidental damage to Third Parties, and no excess will apply. If there is evidence of gross neglect, the insurance will be void and you will be liable for all costs.

Departure and Return:
Departures in Holland take place on Saturdays, Mondays and Fridays.
Vessels are available from 4pm on the day of departure, and must be returned by 9am on the return day.
