**When booking the Group C Vehicle please advise how many people are travelling, as not all vehicles are equipped to seat and sleep 7 people.

Rates include:
- 150kms per day / Unlimited kms
- Collision Damage Insurance (excess €2000)

- Roadside Assistance

- VAT 20%

Rates do not include:
- Additional kms at Euro 0.30c each
- Fuel
- Optional Super CDW / Super TP
- Optional PAI for drivers and passengers

- Cleaning

Airport Transfers:
Transfers between the Airport and the Depot are available from the following locations, and are at a cost of €50 per party each way, Except Turin and Cagliari which are free:

One Way Rentals:
One way rentals are available between depots on request. A fee of €0.96 per km does apply. Please contact us for more details. No international one way alllowed. A minimum rental period of 7 days applies for all one way rentals.

Vehicle Delivery:
Vehicles can be delivered to locations other than the depots on request. A fee of €1.80 per km, between the nearest depot and the delivery location applies. This price applies each way and is on request for each rental.

Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a security deposit of EUR€1000 at the time of pick up. This will be refunded at the end of the rental when the vehicle has been returned on time, clean and with no damage.

Cleaning Fees:
All vehicles must be returned clean and with the toilet cassette emptied, or fees will apply:
- Cleaning fee in case of dirty vehicle: €120
- Toilet cassette cleaning fee: €120

Damage and Theft Insurance:
CDW & TP waives the renters financial responsibility in case of theft or if the vehicle should be damaged in case of accident even if it is the renters fault, up to an excess of EUR 4000 (up to EUR 2000 excess in case of damages and up to EUR 2000 for theft). You are covered for up to €10,000,00 for third party claims.

You can reduce the Theft Excess and Damage excess to €750 by paying:
- €10.80 per day (minimum €36)
- €216 per month

The following items are not covered by any insurance: tyres, radio, windscreen, windows, damage to vehicle interior, damage caused by the ice, personal belongings and roof.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI):
Personal Insurance for the driver and passengers in the case of injury due to accident.
- €10.80 per day (minimum €36)
- €216 per month

Drivers:
- Minimum Age: 21 Yeas
- Maximum Age: 70 years
All drivers must be in good health and have held a licence for a minimum of 1 year.

Travel Restrictions:
Vehicles can be driven to the following locations:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

All other loctaions are strictly on request.

Traffic Fines:
The renter will be responsible for any traffis fines. An administration fee of €35 + tax will apply on top of the price of the fee.

Pets:
No pets allowed in the vehicles.

Cancellation Fees:
- More than 45 days prior to pick up: No Fees
- Between 45 days and 35 days prior to pick up: 45% of the total rental.
- Less than 35 days prior to pick up: Total Rental Cost
