**German Law states that all children 12years and under OR smaller than 1.50m is required to be in a child seat. A Booster seat may be sufficint for children 6-12 years.

Driver Requirements:
There is a minimum age of 21 years for all drivers.
You are requited to hold a full drivers licence. The Group F and Group H vehicles require you to hold a licence that allows you to drive a vehicle over 3.5 tonne. Please check your drivers licence prior to making a booking. (Most Australian Drivers licences allow upto 4.5 tonne, but please double check).

Insurance:
Vehicle insurance is included in the rental. An excess of €1200 applies per incident.
You can reduce this excess to €500 per incident by paying an additional €8.50 per day

Security Deposit:  
A Refundable bond of Euro 1200 charged to your  credit card at pick up.  Refunded within 15 days if vehicle returned safe and sound.  Note American Express credit card not accepted.

Additional Information:
- Vehicle supplied full of diesel - return full or DRM charge Euro 2.50 per litre to do this for you.
- Insurance cover is voided for gross negligence eg. driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Overhead and reversing damage (if you are not being guided), is not covered.
- Vehicle must be checked and signed for at start of rental. To avoid any potential problems please check for any pre-existing damage at start of rental and have it noted on the contract. When the vehicle is returned it will be checked for damage again.
- If vehicle returned late a charge of Euro 28 per hour will be charged

Eastern Europe and Travel Restrictions:
Vehicles can be taken to Eastern Europe but you will have to sign a form that says:
"In case of using the vehicle in Balearic Islands, Baltic Republics, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Kroatia, Malta, Morroco, Poland, Rumania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and former European States of the USSR - the renter is obliged to park the car only at car parks with an attendant or on watched car parks.  
As manned car parks are not that common, you can leave the motorhome at a campsite and take public transport to get around.
You are not permitted to travel to: Iran, Israel, Morocco, Moldova, Tunisia and Turkey.

Saturday Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick up and Drop off on a Saturday is available between April and September.
A fee of EUR€70 applied for each pick up and drop off on a Saturday.

Depot Hours:
- From January to March and October to December:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- From April to September:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 11am

Pick up Hours:
January to March and October to December: 3pm to 4pm
April to September: Monday to Friday 3pm to 5pm, Saturday 10am

Drop off Hours:
January to March and October to December: 10am - 11am
April to September: Monday to Friday 9am to 11am, Saturday 10am
*As drop off takes place in the morning, you are not charged for the last day.

Cancellation Fees: 
DRM charge the following fees -
Up to 50 days prior to pick up 10% of rental fee
Between 49 and 15 days before pick up 50% of rental fee
14 days before pick up 80% of rental fee
No show 95% of rental fee
We charge a 5% fee to cover our expenses.
Travel insurance can cover cancellation fees under certain circumstances.  Please ask for a  brochure.
