Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a security deposit of GBP£750 at the time of pick up.
This is returned when you return the vehicle on time in clean condition with no damage or infringments.
Drivers:
Minimum age for all drivers is 21 years.
Inclusive Insurance applies to drivers with a full clean licence held for a minimum of 2 years. A young drivers fee is applicable for all drivers between 21 and 25 years.
Transfers:
Transfers to / from Southampton Airport or Portsmouth Train Station are available free of charge - must be pre-booked.
Pets:
Pets are permitted on one of the 6 Berth vehicle only. Please advise if you will have pets so we can request this specific vehicle.
Towing:
Towing is pemitted on selected 2 and 6 berth vehicles only. Please advsie if you wish to tow and what you wish to tow, and we will advise if this is available.
Parking:
You are welcome to leave your car at the depot during your hire free of charge. This is at your own risk and Hampshire Motorhomes take no responsibility.
Pick up and Drop off Details:
Pick up takes place between 4pm - 6:30pm.
Drop off is between 8:30am - 12pm.
The depot is open 7 days a week for pick up and drop off, except they are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
Earlier pick up and later drop off may be available on request and an additional change generally applies.
