Vehicle Insurance:
The daily rates include vehicle insurance, which has an excess / deductible of EUR€1600 per incident. All accidents involving a thrid party, details on the third party must be advised when the vechicle is returned.
** For Australian Clients, your travel insurance may cover this insurance excess. Do check your policy or ask us for a quote on Travel Insurance.
Refundable Deposit:
You are required to leave a refundable damage / Cleaning deposit of EUR€1600 at the time of pick up. This is refunded back to you when the vehicle is returned on time, clean and un-damaged.
Depot Hours:
Depots are open Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Summer Months: Depot is open 9:00am - 8:00pm
Pick up takes place between 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Drop off takes place between 9:00am - 10:00am
- Winter Months: Depot is open 10:00am - 4:00pm
Pick up takes place between 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Drop off takes place at 10:00am
Early Pick up and Late Drop off is available on request, an additional days rental will apply for each that is out of normal hours.
Drivers Age and Licence Requirements:
Drivers must be between 25 years and 75 years.
Drivers have held a full clean drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years.
Fuel:
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of Fuel, and vehicles are to be returned with a full tank of Fuel.
Cancellation Fees:
Upto 43 days prior to pick up: €125
42 - 29 days prior to pick up: €300
29 days or less prior to pick up: Full rental charge**
** Every effort will be made to re-rent the motorhome and if it is a further refund will be given.
