Mandetory Service Fee:
A Service fee of €120 applies to all rentals. This fee includes: fi lled gas cylinders, biodegradable toilet chemicals and cleaning of the vehicle exterior. It also includes a detailed introduction to the correct handling of your vehicle by our HYMER-rent
partners.

Vehicle Insurance:
Vehicle insurance is included in the rates. An excess of €1500 applies per incident. Your travel insurance may cover all or part of the insurance excess - do check your policy or if you are an Australian Resident we can arrange your travel insurance for you - please contact us.
Pick up and Drop off times:
The depot is open Monday to Friday.
Pick up is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
Drop off is between 9:00am and 11:00am
The depot is closed on all weekends and public holidays.
Out of Hours:
Pick up and drop off out of depot hours may be possible on request. An out of hours fee of approximately €50 will apply.
Minimum Age:
The minimum age for the vehicle hirer and driver is 21 years. You must have a valid full licence for a minimum of 2 years.
Travel Restrictions:
Travel is permitted in all EU countries. Journeys outside of these countries are permitted only after prior permission from UKandEurope Travel, and you must
complete the necessary extra insurance details. Travel in war zones or areas of crisis is forbidden.
Vehicle Cleaning:
The vehicles are cleaned inside before they are handed over and must be returned in the same clean condition. If full or partial cleaning of the interior and/or emptying of the cassette toilet is necessary, cleaning fees will apply.
Pets and Smoking:
Pets are permitted in the vehicle only when prior concent has been given.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
