Minimum Rental Period:
Low / Off / Mid Seasons: 3 Nights
Peak Season: 7 Nights

Pick up and Drop Off:
Weekly Rentals: Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday
Pick up takes place between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
Drop off takes place between 8:30am and 10:00am

4 Night Rentals: pick up Monday, drop off Friday
Pick up takes place between 3:00pm and 6:00pm
Drop off takes place between 9:00am and 11:00am

3 Night Rentals: pick up Friday, drop off Monday
Pick up takes place between 3:00pm and 6:00pm
Drop off takes place between 9:00am and 11:00am

Vehicle Insurance:
Fully Comprehensive Insurance is included in the Daily Rates. This limits the excess liability to £500 per incident in the event of an accident.
Insurance expires at the end of the hire period, so unauthorised late returns will not have insurance coverage.

Tyres, windscreen, overhead and underbody damage are not covered by insurance.

Security deposit:
A security deposit of GBP£500 is payable at the time of pick up (GBP£1000 if attending sports events or music festivals). This security deposit will be refunded when you return the vehicle clean, undamaged and on time.

Fuel and Gas:
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank of fuel, and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Charges will apply if not returned full.

Two gas cylinders are supplied with at least one full, subsequent refills are the responsibility of the hirer who should ensure that refilled bottles are the same size and fitting and returned with the vehicle.

Drivers:
Drivers must be between 25 and 73 years of age, and have held a full driving licence valid for at least five years prior to the commencement of hire. Drivers’ licence must be free of endorsements except for minor speeding or parking offences (more than 3 points may be subject to an insurance surcharge.)

All drivers must be present at time of collection and produce driving licence plus personal ID. In the case of UK photo card licences both the card and the counterpart paper licence must be produced. Visitors from abroad must produce a valid unendorsed domestic driving licence.

At the commencement of hire all drivers must produce personal identification such as a valid passport and confirmation of address in the form of a recent utility bill or a bank/building society statement.

Pets:
We have now allocated specific vehicles for pet owners who wish to take their pets on holiday with them. These vehicles will NOT be subsequently hired to people who don’t have pets with them. A supplementary fee of £30 per hire is chargeable. Any damage incurred will be charged to the hirer in full and a supplement is payable to cover the cost of cleaning.

Parking at the Depot:
Secure parking is provided free to the hirer for the duration of the hire period at the owner's risk.
