Vehicle Kit:
A mandetory Vehicle Kit Fee of €100 is added to all rentals. The vehicle kit includes:
Dushes, Glasses, Coffee Cups, Cutlery, Coffee Machine, Saucepan, Frying Pan, Skimming Ladle, Can Opener, Cooking Pot, Sleeping Bags and Pillows.

GPS System:
GPS is available to rent with your vehicle for an additional €10 per day (minimum charge €100). You are required to leave a €100 security deposit, which is refunded when the GPS system is returned undamaged.
If the system has been lost, damaged or stollen, you are required to pay the full market price for the GPS system.
Minimum Rental Period:
For Group A, B, G and H: 7 days all year
For Group C, D, E and I: 3 Days Low and Mid Season, 7 Days High Season
Easter Rentals:
High Season price will apply to rental days falling between 17 - 24 March 2008, which is Easter Week.
Delivery to Spanish Cities:
Vehicle delivery to other Spanish Cities is available on request. An additional fee of €250 applies each way. Minimum period of 10 days.
One Way Rentals:
One way rentals between Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga are available free of charge. If the one way rental is not available due to limited vehicles, they may still allow the one way for an additional charge of €200.
One Way Rentals to other Spanish locations (other than the 3 depots) incurs a fee of €250 for each location that is not a depot.
There is a minimum of 10 days rental for Spanish one way rentals.
International One
Way Rentals may be available
to / from the following
locations. Fees do apply as noted below and there is a minimum rental period of 18 days for international one way rentals.

Depot Transfers:
Minimum rental period of 7 days may apply to take advantage of these transfers.
Barcelona Depot:
Pick Up: Transfers are available from the Airport to the Depot only when you are coming directly off of a flight and collecting your vehicle that day.
Drop Off: Transfers are available to the Airport after your rental only when you are catching a flight the same day that you drop off the vehicle.
Madrid Depot:
Transfers are available to / from
the Airport and selected Airport and City Hotels. If you would like transfers to / from a hotel, please advise the name and location and we can confirm this is ok with the depot.
Malaga Depot:
Pick Up: Transfers are available from the Airport to the Depot only when you are coming directly off of a flight and collecting your vehicle that day.
Drop Off: Transfers are available to the Airport after your rental only when you are catching a flight the same day that you drop off the vehicle.
Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a €600 security deposit at the time of pick up. This is refinded when the vehicle has been returned on time, clean and with no damage.
Depot Hours:
From April to October:
Monday to Friday: 1000hrs - 1400hrs and 1600hrs - 2000hrs
Saturday: 1100hrs - 1330hrs
From November to March:
Monday to Friday: 1000hrs - 1400hrs and 1600hrs to 1900hrs
Saturday: Closed
Depots are closed Sunday and Public Holidays all year round.
Out of hours service / Late pick up or return:
Collection and return outside of the normal hours is available on request. The following charges apply for this service and also apply if you are delayed in getting to the depot causing them to stay open past normal hours:
Within 1.5 hours of normal depot hours: €100
Over 1.5 hours from normal depot hours: €200
Driver Requirements:
Minimum Age of 25 years
for all drivers.
Must have held a full drivers
licence for at least three (3) years.
Car Parking:
You are welcome to park your car at the depot free of charge.
Cancellation Fees:
31 Days or more prior to collection: 55% of the rental
Between 30 and 17 days prior to collection: 85% of the rental
With 16 days of collection: 100% of the rental
