The exact time and location of the drop-off will be arranged on pick-up of the camper.

The above rates include: 
Unlimited mileage
Third Party Insurance
Collision Damage Waiver Insurance
Bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
 
Not included in rate:
Preparation fee Euro 85  (gas/chemicals/first tank of diesel)
Tax at 19%
Excess on insurance is €1000

Optional Extras:
Awing rental for VW California/Ford Westfalia - Euro 50 per rental (included free on Rimor vehicles)
Tomtomgo Navigation system - Euro 50 per rental which covers BeNeLux countries. Other countries are available at Euro 20 for the total rental period. Note the Navigation system is not covered by insurance so you will have to leave Euro 1000 deposit for this. .

Note:   
* Drivers must be between 18 and 75 years with full licence.
* Depot hours: 0900-1600hrs Mon-Fri and Saturday 1000-1400hrs. Sundays closed.
* All vehicles have a CD player
* Baby seats and bike racks are available at Euro 25 each per rental
* Optional CDW reduction options are available from the depot as follows: (Do however check your travel insurance policy and see if the excess is covered as some policies do)
* €12 per day reduces your excess to nil but broken windows, tyre and roof damage is not covered.
* €18 per day reduces your excess to nil and covers windows, tyre and roof damage
* Frost damage, interior damage, your personal belongings and negligence is not covered by any of the two insurance options above.
*Accidents with a stationary object incurs a €300 charge even if the option CDW Plus is taken
 
Other useful info:
 
The depot is located 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam Airport.  So don't bother with a taxi.
From Amsterdam Central Railway Station it is a 5 minute walk to the depot
Trains to and from Amsterdam Airport to / from Central station go every 15 minutes.
 
If you are looking for a hotel close to the depot - we recommend 'Botel' - a boat-hotel next to the Central Railway station (tel. +31-20-6264247).
 
Travel to all of Eastern Europe is fine - except Belarus and vehicles may be taken on ferries without problem.

Cancellation fees: 
Braitman charges :
Up till 1 month prior to pick up date: € 250,-.
Within 1 month prior to pick up date: Total rental amount.
You can take a cancellation insurance to cover this risk. This will cost you 6,5% of the rental amount.  We charge a 5% fee to cover our expenses.
Travel insurance could cover.  Please check your travel insurance policy or ask for a brochure.
