Minimum Rental Period: 7 Days, Except during June, July and August where the minimum is 14 days.

The above rates include: 
- Unlimited mileage except for rentals under 14 days includes 250kms per day (extra kms @ €0.35 each) .
- Rentals over 14 days include Unlimited mileage
- Third Party Insurance
- Collision Damage Waiver Insurance
- Bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
- These rates are exclusive 19% VAT.
Drop-off in towns not listed: Rates on request.
The exact time and location of the drop-off will be arranged on pick-up of the camper.
 
Not included in rate:
Preparation fee €100   (gas/chemicals/first tank of diesel)
Tax at 19%
Excess on insurance is €1000

One Way Fees : Pick-up of the camper must be downtown Amsterdam: Droogbak 4A.

* covers Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, U.K., Ireland, Denmark, Scandinavia . Note the Navigation system is not covered by insurance so you will have to leave Euro 1000 deposit for this.

Note:   
* Drivers must be between 18 and 75 years with full licence.
* Depot hours: 0900-1700hrs Mon-Thur, 0900-1600hrs Fridays, and Saturday 1000-1400hrs. Sundays closed.
* All vehicles have a CD player
* Optional CDW reduction options are available from the depot as follows: (Do however check your travel insurance policy and see if the excess is covered as some policies do)
* €12 per day reduces your excess to nil but broken windows, tyre and roof damage is not covered.
* €18 per day reduces your excess to nil and covers windows, tyre and roof damage
* Frost damage, interior damage, your personal belongings and negligence is not covered by any of the two insurance options above.
*Accidents with a stationary object incurs a €300 charge even if the option CDW Plus is taken
 
Other useful info:
 
The depot is located 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam Airport.  So don't bother with a taxi.
From Amsterdam Central Railway Station it is a 5 minute walk to the depot
Trains to and from Amsterdam Airport to / from Central station go every 15 minutes.
 
If you are looking for a hotel close to the depot - we recommend 'Botel' - a boat-hotel next to the Central Railway station (tel. +31-20-6264247).
 
Travel to all of Eastern Europe is fine - except Belarus and vehicles may be taken on ferries without problem.

Cancellation fees: 
Braitman charges :
Up till 1 month prior to pick up date: € 250,-.
Within 1 month prior to pick up date: Total rental amount.
You can take a cancellation insurance to cover this risk. This will cost you 6,5% of the rental amount.  We charge a 5% fee to cover our expenses.
Travel insurance could cover.  Please check your travel insurance policy or ask for a brochure.
