Rates include:
- Insurance (Third party and property damage liability - Theft and Fire - Green Card - CDW) MAA ASSISTANCE Policy
- Tax 20%
- One Gas Cylinder.

Rates do not include:
- Engine lubricants
- Fuel sanitary liquid and items not covered under the previous point.
- All reservations subject to a reservation fee of €30
- Additional Fee for Saturday pick up / drop off
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Rates are for:
Departing Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Returning Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Travel outside of these days will be on a request basis
Note that Monday departures only possible after 5pm
Returning on Friday is possible but vehicle must be returned before 1000hrs

Saturday Pick up and Drop off:
Pick up and drop off on a Saturday is available however additional charges to apply.
If you collect on a Saturday you must pay from the Friday (ie: 1 additional day)
If you return on a Saturday you must pay until the Monday (ie: 2 additional days)

Minimum Rental Period:
Low Season - 5 Days
Mid Season - 7 Days (5 days when taking unlimited kms)
High Season - 15 Days

Weekend Rates:
Weekend Rates apply for short breaks commencing on Friday at 4pm and returning on Monday at 4pm. .

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of € 1500 is required at the time of pick up.
This is refunded when the vehicle is returned on time, clean, with no damage and no fines or infringments.

Additional Kilometers:
If you go over the pre-paid kilometer amount, you will be charged for the additional kilometers when you return the vehicle. These are charged at €0.25 per kilometre.

Additional Drivers:
Second driver is free of charge. Additional drivers must have a full drivers licence.

Minimum Age:
21 years of age.

Insurance:
RCA: Third party insurance and property damage liability up to € 2580000.
MAA Assistance Policy: Service and assistance for technical failure or accident within the limits stated in the policy.
Theft and Fire: Coverage for partial or the whole loss of vehicle due to theft, robbery or fire in excess of the deposit amount.
CDW or Casko: Coverage for damages to the vehicle in excess of € 1000  for each event.

Excess Reduction Option:
Insurance excess of €1000 can be reduced to €250 by paying a waiver of €8 per day. (Minimum fee €40)

One Way Rentals:
One Way Rentals within Italy may permitted on a request basis outside of High Season. No International one ways are allowed.

Airport Transfers:
Transfers to / from:
- Rome Fuimicino Airport: €45 each way
- Rome Ciampino Airport: €60 for 2 people / €75 for 3-7 people, each way.

Depot Hours:
The depot is open Monday to Saturday all year round. The depot is closed on Sundats and Public Holidays all year round. Please see below for Pick up and drop off times , and public holidays:

Pick Up:
Monday: 6pm to 7pm
Tuesday to Friday: 4pm to 7pm,
Saturday (March to July): 4pm to 7pm
Saturday (August to February): 9:30am to 1pm

Drop Off:
Monday to Thursday and Saturdays: 9:30am to 1pm
Fridays: 9am to 10am

Public Holidays:
- 07-09 April
- 25 April
- 01 May
- 02 June
- 29 June
- 11-19 August
- 01 November
- 08 December
- 24-26 December
- 31 December

Vehicle Cleaning:
Applicable only if the vehicle is unclean on delivery: € 20 if waste-water tanks are not emptied, € 35 if interior of the vehicle is not clean.

Free parking area:
Clients' cars can be parked inside Freedom Holiday's depot for the duration of the rental period.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in the vehicles.
If the vehicle is returned damaged or dirty as a result of having your pet, additional fees will apply.

Mechanical Failure and Repairs:
Any expenses incurred by the client which are not his responsibility will be refunded on arrival, upon producing the invoice showing the relevant parts replaced, and made out to Freedom Holiday. Tyre repairs will not be refunded (punctures, bursts, etc.)
