The above rates include:
Unlimited mileage and full insurance with a Euro 600 excess
The above rates exclude:
Departure kit: Euro 50 - (Gas and toilet chemicals)
Bedding: Euro 17 per person (Sheets, blankets, pillows & towels)
Kitchen kit: Euro 30
Still to be added: 16% tax on all items
Note:
Driver of the motor home must be over 26 years of age, and have had a class B driver's license for over two (2) years
* Please note: In August only three rental periods available: 1 - 15 Aug , 16 - 31 Aug or 1 - 31 Aug available.
Euro 600 bond is payable at start of rental - refunded when vehicle returned safe and sound
Other helpful info:
Distance from the Airport to Madrid Depot is 15Km approx €20 - €25 in taxi fare.
Hours of pick up and drop off are as follows: 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm Mon - Fri . ( Sat is 10am to 2pm)
Toilets and waste water must be returned empty or you will be charged Euro 100
Cancellation Fees as charged by Autocaravan Express:
-More than 30 days prior to scheduled rental date - 30% of the total amount
-Between 15-30 days prior to scheduled rental date - 50% of the total amount
-Up to 15 days prior to scheduled rental date - 80% of the total amount
-Between 14 and scheduled rental date - 100% of the total amount
We charge a 5% fee to cover our costs
