Germany boasts an extensive rail network enabling you to see the entire
country with your German Railpass. Visit Bonn, the birthplace of
Beethoven; experience the German Alps in Mittenwald and Garmisch areas.
The train trip between Offenburg and Konstanz will take you through the
Black Forest. The German Railpass can even take you to Salzburg,
Austria and Basel Bad Switzerland.

German Rail
Pass.

must be validated
within 6
months of
issuing date
by a railway
official
in Germany.

must be validated
prior to
boarding
the first
train/ first
use of a
travel bonus.

7:00pm
rule: if a
direct
overnight
train
starts
after
7:00pm
on a
validated
German
Rail
Pass,
the passholder
must
enter
the next
day’s
date
on the
pass,
provided
it falls
within
the validity
of the
pass.

Reservation
fees are
an additional
charge and
not inclusive
in the cost
of the pass.
All
passes
are subject
to a non-refundable
Pass Issuance
Fee of
AUD10 per
pass.
