F.A.Q
Section
How do I use my Pass once I get to the UK?
Before
boarding your first train in the UK, you must
present your Pass and passport at a train station
ticket window for validation. When it is presented
a clerk will enter your passport number and
the start and end validity dates. Do not enter
the dates yourself as this is not permitted.
When traveling on a flexible pass, after having
your pass validated you must enter the travel
date in ink yourself in the appropriate calendar
box of your pass each day you travel.
What
is the difference between a Consecutive
days Pass and a flexi Pass?
A
consecutive pass is valid for the number of days
purchased. A 22 day pass is valid for 22 days
in a row, you are not required to travel every
day if you do not wish, however you will loose
those days and no refund can be issued for unused
days.
The
flexi pass allows flexibility of traveling
within a 2 month period, i.e. 4 days in two
months allows you to travel any given 4 days
within a 2 month period.
What
constitutes a rail day?
For
trains: A travel day is midnight to midnight.
A
month on a pass is counted as a calendar month.
For example, a pass that begins on October
15th, will expire at midnight on November 14th.
