To start using the pass it must be validated at
a European train station before your first journey. Each
further day of travel must be entered on your pass
before you board the train.
If
on any day you
travel on an
overnight train
that departs
after 7pm and
don't change
trains before
midnight then
you only have
to enter the
following day
on your Pass

the United
Kingdom,
Turkey, Morocco,
Algeria,
Tunisia and
the Russian
Federation
are not eligible
to purchase
or use a
Eurail Spain
'n Portugal
Pass.

must
be validated
within
6 months
of
issuing
date by a
railway
official
in Spain
or Portugal.

must be validated
prior
to
boarding
first
train/
use
of travel
bonus.

rule: if

direct overnight
train
departs

Eurail Spain 'n Portugal Pass, the passholder must enter the next
day's date

you may travel
at any time,
provided it is
while your pass
is valid, even
if all the travel
