the Ille et Rance Canal :
This 84 km long canal runs through 43 towns and is punctuated by 61 locks. You can admire the Hede staircase lock, lined with majestic trees (11 locks to pass a drop of 27m) and you will enjoy a magnificent view. In the valley of the Rance, keep an eye open and you will see many wild flowers: periwinkle, wood violet, nightshade, orchis buffoon ... they will fill your cruise with beautiful scents. Aalong the Ille-et-Rance canal, there is a towpath connecting Rennes to Dinan for walks along the water. He will discover the quiet charm of the region: its lock houses, its stone railway viaducts and, but also its highly diversified fauna and flora.
