Calculating Seasons:
The hire price is determined by the departure date according
to the tariff periods above. If your cruise covers 2 tariff periods, the
price will be calculated pro rata taking the number of nights aboard in each
period.
A full week includes 7 nights aboard.

| The River Lot (departure from Bouzies - St Cirq): A shorter season, inclement river conditions and additional supervision, prices for this region are slightly higher than in others, EUR 80 supplement per boat and per cruise. |
Security Deposit:
At the time of pick up you are required to leave
a security deposit of EUR 900 (N800 = EUR 700)
plus a Cleaning deposit of EUR 150
per vessel (EUR 200 for boat from 13 metres - GC1350, GC 1350 VIP, N1310, N1300, OCTO, SIXTO). It covers the insurance franchise, working
losses and boat cleaning if this has not been done. This
sum will be repaid to you at the end of your cruise if
the boat and its equipment are brought back clean, in
good condition and undamaged, at the time and place agreed
on.
One Way Cruises:
One Way Cruises are available on request between bases. An additional fee
of €120
applies for all one way cruises. Please note that although seldom changed,
one ways and the direction there of can not be guaranteed.
Short Breaks:
During the A period, B period and C period, you
can rent your boat for a week-end or mid-week. Rental prices are as follows:

Damage Insurance:
All boats are
covered for damage, with a damage excess of €800 per
incident. The following damage waiver options are available:

options below do not covers bikes).
Departure and Return:
Departures take place on Saturdays between 4pm and 6pm.
Weekday departures are available on request.
Minimum Age:
The person responsible for hiring must be over 18 years of age and is responsible
for the boat and all persons sailing with them.
Equipment:
The hirer undertakes to report any damage, theft or deterioration
of equipment and many be required to replace them
Consumables:
Extra costs for the hirer are
diesel, oil, gas for cooking, and all necessary consumable
for the use of the boat during
your stay.The prices may vary depending on the varying
petrol prices.The prices are listed in the base offices.
Extra costs for staying in ports are paid by the hirer,
and may vary.
Bike:
The bycicles for rental are under the
responsability of the boat hirer. In case of theft, the
hirer is requested
to make an official statement to the local police authorities
and to present the original documents given by the police
to the rental base. The hirer and other members of his/
her party, remains responsable for any dammage caused to
the bycicles.
