Snow Chains If you are travelling during the winter months (Nov-Apr) it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate tyres fitted to your vehicle, as may be required by law in each country. The assembly-line tyres fitted to Citroën / DS vehicles when they leave the factory are multipurpose. This means that they are suitable for varied driving conditions, however this excludes extreme conditions such as the presence of large volumes of snow, ice or water on the road. Unfortunately we cannot have special sculpture tyres such as "snow" or "contact" tyres fitted to our normal range of vehicles. In the mountain areas, most of the large supermarkets have auto-parts departments, as well as gas stations or auto-parts shops. For example, in France: Norauto, Leclerc Auto, Carrefour Auto. To be sure of the exact fitting, you can also order snow chains from a Citroen dealer.

Tow Bars We are unable to arrange the fitting of a tow bar. Therefore, we have very limited knowledge and information on the intricacies of tow bars and anything associated with them. We do however allow tow bars to be fitted at a Citroën garage whilst you are in Europe, with the following conditions. - You must organise it yourself and pay locally (note: they can take some time to organise and install and there can be delays with regard to the availability of parts, so you should be prepared for this). We recommend you start speaking with a garage at least 4 weeks prior to collection. - Your car insurance policy does NOT include cover for your trailer. You must arrange your own insurance for the trailer. Important Notes - Some countries (one country we are aware of is Italy) are unable to fit tow bars to French registered vehicles. - You must consider the registration of the trailer to ensure it is valid in the country(s) you intend to drive in (eg. you cannot tow a trailer that has been shipped from Australia and only registered in Australia). - The requirement of a tow bar, whether known by us or not, does not form part of any contract between Citroën EuroPass Australia or Citroën Euro Pass France and you (the customer). It is entirely your responsibility to organise and make yourself aware of any legal or otherwise requirements relating to the tow bar itself or anything associated with it.

Prepaid Fuel Option
Your Citroen vehicle is delivered with 10 - 15 liters of fuel which is enough to get you to the nearest service station. If you wish to receive a full tank of fuel when you collect your vehicle you can request and pre-pay for this.

All Models - € 130 for either petrol or diesel (subject to change)

Cancellation Option
There is a Cancellation Option (New for 2026) as an optional accessory add-on. This option is € 75 and, when paid at least 31 days prior to delivery, waives cancellation penalties for cancellations made up to 2 business days before the delivery date.

This option must be purchased at the time of booking or no later than 31 days prior to delivery and cannot be added to urgent or late bookings.
