€ 64.90 per service airport or Hotel in Madrid. - if rental is longer then 18 days, it is Free

€ 59 per rental ( 2 gas cylinders & chemical products for toliet)

One Way Drop Off Locations:
If you want you can arrange for drop off in any place in Spain and Europe if your rental is 14 days or longer in Mid or Low season. On a request basis in High season subject to availability.

Kitchen Utensils:
€ 49.56 per rental - ( ladle, saucepan, frying pan, plates, glasses, set of cutlery, cups & skimme) - if rental is longer then 18 days, it is Free

Bedding Pack:
€ 28.32 per rental - ( sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows & towels) - if rental is longer then 18 days, it is Free

Driver's Licence:
Driver of the motor home must be over 26 years of age, and have had a class B driver's license for over two (2) years.

TV - DVD:
Please note: the insurance doesn't cover the TV. In case of robbery, hirer will lose the deposit. Also the TV will not function in some countries outside Spain (France for instance due to different frequencies are used) and also when vehicle is being driven. DVD will work work fine in this instances and is also Free of charge with Group I.

Bike Rack and Bicycles:
Bike Rack carries 4 Bicycles maximum. Bike rack is not available for Groups A, B & C. Motorhome groups B, C, G & I have a outside compartment to put the bikes under the bed. In motorhome groups F and H, there is a compartment outside under the bunks. if used for bikes then one of the bunks will be unusable.

€ 10.62 per bike per day, maximum cost for each bike is € 37.76 and deposit is €69.62

Baby Seat:
Cost is € 7.08 per day with a maximum of € 73.16 and the deposit is €94.40. Baby Seat is Free if rental is longer then 18 days. Seat belts include in motorhomes are:
Group A, B, C - 4 Seat Belts
Group D, E, F, G, H - 6 Seat Belts

Tyres / Chains:
Recommended for Skiing or high mountains. Cost is €10.62 per day with a maximum of €61.36 and the deposit is €82.60

Additional Equipments:

Insurance:
The Drivers of Autocaravan Express have full insurance (CDW) with a € 708 excess in case of accident (collision). This insurance is valid throughout the European Union. ( need to advise if you are travelling in other countries ).

The vehicle must be used in a normal motorhome way and must not transport more people than permitted by law, or carry merchandise, or be used by third parties. It is possible to travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey with a added fee.

Please note: The insurance does not cover include personal property. Pets and Smoking are allowed but always with the hirer's responsibility.

Cancellation policy:

If the reserved time needs to be extended, the customer must contact us. within a reasonable amount of time. The approval and confirmation of the extension will depend on the current availability
