The above rates include: VAT Accidental damage, Theft & Fire insurance which has excess of EUR€1200. Transfer from Linate airport to depot (maximum 4 persons) Travel insurance Green Card Holiday card for exclusive discounts & camping guide One free nights stay in Milan with your vehicle (please see below) Compulsory Charges not included in the daily rental rate: €90 Service Charge with all rentals. This includes: 1 gas bottle, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, electric cables, water hose, tool box, levellers, external cleaning. Saturday Fee: Pick up or drop off on a Saturday attracts an additional fee of half a days rental.

Saturday Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick up and Drop off on a Saturday is available. A fee of Full days rental will apply for each pick up and drop off on a Saturday. Depots are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Pick up and Drop Off Times:
Pick Up: 4pm to 5:30pm
Drop Off: 09am to 11am
Please note that depots are closed every Tuesday Morning - Pick up and drop off is not available.
Please allow one hour for vehicle collection.

Getting to the Depot :
Milan Linate Aiport is the closest Airport to the motorhome depot. Free transfer is available for up to 4 people from Linate Airport or Lambrate Rail Station. You simply catch a taxi to the depot, present your receipt and they will refund you up to €12. This is available for pick up only.

If coming into Malpensa Airport, you can catch the shuttle bus to Linate Airport (see www.airpullman.com for time schedule) then take the taxi transfers to the depot. We do advise arriving to Malpensa no later than 2pm, so you have sufficient time to take the transfers to Linate then on to the depot.

If coming from Bergamo Airport / Orio al Serio take the shuttle bus to Lambrate Railway Station (approx €7 one way), then you may take the taxi transfer to the depot.
 
Free Nights Stay in Milan:
The depot have a special camp site set up with facilities including gazebo, barbecue, electricity, and more, for clients wanting to stay in Milan. You may take advantage of these facilities with one nights free stay during your rental, a second free night is subject to availability.
 
Drivers: 
- Minimum Age: 25 Yeas
- Maximum Age: 70 years
All drivers must be in good health and have held a licence for a minimum of 1 year.

Security deposit / Refundable bond:
A deposit of Euro 1200 (category Van) / Euro 1500 (categort comfort and large) must be paid at start of rental. This can be paid by Visa or Mastercard only. Refunded after 10 days if vehicle returned on time, undamaged, fully fueled and with all equipment present.

Liability and Comprehensive Insurance Protection
Fully Comprehensive Insurance is included for the vehicle in the rental rate. The insurance excess in the event of damage / theft is €1200 per incident (€2500 for overhead and underbody damage).

There is no insurance coverage provided for for damage to furnishings or accessories, nor for damage caused by negligence. In the event accessories are damaged, this is not considered a breakdown and refunds for loss of time will not be issued.
No responsibility for accommodation, meals, change of itinerary or out of pocket expenses resulting from a breakdown or accident will be accepted. In the even of an accident, no refund will be issues for the unused portion of the rental.
   
Please note:
There is no refund for early returns.
A cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle is retuned un-clean or if the toilet cassette has not been emptied.

DIESEL, OIL & GAS
These are the responsibility of the hirer who is required to check regularly oil and water levels and tyres pressures. Damages to tyres is not covered by our insurance. Any such damage is the hirer's responibility. In case of incorrect use of fuel, the hirer will be responsible for any associated cost.

FINES
The hirer is fully reponsible for all fines and any consequences of the violation of traffic regulations and parkimg orders or prohibitions during the rental. If Camperamilano is requires to pay such fines, the hirer agrees that Camperamilano may debit any charge to his credit card during the rental or after the return of the vehicle with the amount of any fine plus an admini
strative charge of € 25,00 of the fine(s). Camperamilano shall supply the hirer with a copy of any traffic violation notice received.

SMOKING
Hirer are kindly advised that on the vehicles smoking is prohibited.

Travel Restrictions :
Vehicles can not be driven outside on the EU, unless written authorization is obtained at the time of booking. Please let us know if you intend on travelling outside the EU countries.

Not all Public Holidays apply to all regions

Substitute Vehicle
In case the reserved vehicle cannot be made available at the rental station, the lessor reserves the right to provide a vehicle that is comparable in size and equipment or bigger. That will not cause any additional rental costs for the renter. If a smaller vehicle is offered and accepted by the renter, the price difference of both vehicles is reimbursed. If the provision of a bigger vehicle causes higher ancillary costs, such as ferry charges and tolls or operating costs, such costs are to be borne by the renter.

Trips Abroad
It is possible to make trips abroad within Europe. Any trips to East European countries are subject to the lessor's prior approval. Trips to any war and unstable zones are forbidden.
