Travelling in Europe between November and March ?
Please note all Renault, Peugeot and Citroen lease vehicles are fitted with Standard tyres before leaving the factory. Standard tyres are not suitable for all weather conditions. Between November and March (April in some countries) it is compulsory to fit winter tyres or carry chains. It is the clients responsibility to check the requirements for each country they intend to visit.

We highly recommend this link from the Automobile Association in the UK http://www.theaa.com/motoring_advice/overseas/snow-chains-winter-tyres.html If winter tyres are required, these will need to be purchased by the client, at their own expense and fitted by an authorised dealer. The original tyres will need to be stored and re-fitted before the lease vehicle is returned. For short term requirements this could make a rental car a better financial proposition.

GPS Units
A large range of Peugeot Leasing models come already equipped with a built-in GPS unit and Bluetooth telephone link. The Peugeot models that don't include a Built-In GPS Unit are: Peugeot 208 Economy 1.2L, Peugeot 208 Economy 1.6L and the Partner Tepee Pack 1.6L. The GPS operational manual provided in the car is in French. Therefore, we strongly recommend you read/print a copy of the English version prior to collection.

Europe is within easy reach as 36 countries are mapped and recorded on the built-in Navigation system. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Vatican and UK. Lease accessories are purchased, not leased. So you are free to keep, sell or do as you please with the items after you return you vehicle.

All accessories are tested by Peugeot and are to European standards. Accessories must be pre-booked and pre-paid prior to Leaving Australia. Your vehicle will be delivered with the accessories installed and a note will be added to your contract and added to your voucher.
