Saturday Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick up and Drop off on a Saturday is available. A fee of EUR € 65 applied for each pick up and drop off on a Saturday. Depots are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Late & Early Drop Offs:
If the vehicle is returned after the time that was agreed in writing, we charge € 30 for every extra hour or part of an hour and pass on any claims for compensation for damages that may be asserted by the next renter or another person due to a late receipt of the vehicle.If the vehicle is returned before the expiration of the agreed rental period - there is no refund for unused days unless the vehicle can be rented to another party.

Drivers Age and Licence:
Minimum age is 21 years (Family Luxury Group - minimum age is 25 years)
Valid for at least one year before rental (Family Luxury & Premium Groups 3 years). No maximum age. For these vehicles you are required to hold a licence that allows you to drive a vehicle over 3.5 tonnes. Please check vehicle weight and your licence. International Driving Licence is Mandatory in Italy.

Additional Drivers:
No Fee. Maximum of 2 drivers per vehicle.

Vehicle Age:
All vehicles are less than 3 years old.

Insurance:
comprehensive coverage: deductible of € 1,700 per loss
In the case of theft the rental station reserves itself the right to calculate 10% of the value of the vehicle up to a maximum of € 5,000.

Substitute Vehicle:
In case the reserved vehicle cannot be made available at the rental station, the lessor reserves the right to provide a vehicle that is comparable in size and equipment or bigger. That will not cause any additional rental costs for the renter. If a smaller vehicle is offered and accepted by the renter, the price difference of both vehicles is reimbursed. If the provision of a bigger vehicle causes higher ancillary costs, such as ferry charges and tolls or operating costs, such costs are to be borne by the renter.

Trips Abroad:
It is possible to make trips abroad within Europe. Any trips to East European countries are subject to the lessor's prior approval. Trips to any war and unstable zones are forbidden.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted from all depots except Sicily.
- Free at Milano depot.
- € 50 per dog at Bologna / Sardinia.
- € 50 at Rome / Vicenza.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles.

Shortening of Rental Period:
If a renter shortens their hire period by more than a week - it may be treated as a cancellation of the whole booking and a re-booking. This depends on when the amendment takes place and how many days of hire are being cancelled. Please ensure you always have travel insurance in place.
